Exercise endorphins are amazing

It was pretty tough for me to get up this morning. I can’t believe one hour would mess me up so much.

I dragged my tired self to work. I was feeling bleh and tired. Then I went to my noon spin class. After class I was like a new woman. I felt so much better.
